Hi. I'm Suzanne Michelle Fox.

I've spent three decades working with technology, people, patterns, pressure, and performance.

From 1994 to 2004, I worked as an electronics technician in semiconductor manufacturing, watching automation change the way people worked. I saw what happens when technology moves faster than people can adapt to it.

Then I took a different path, building my own business and spending more than twenty years in therapeutic bodywork and coaching. I've worked with people navigating change, recognizing patterns, and finding a way forward when things feel scattered, overwhelming, or difficult to see clearly.

In 2026, I find myself in a full-circle moment.

Once again, technology is changing how we work and what the marketplace values. This time, I'm working alongside the independent professionals navigating that change.

And I know something about what they're carrying.

When I left the traditional workplace to build something of my own, I became the strategist, the decision-maker, and the person responsible for making it all work. It was exhilarating. It was also exhausting. There were times I questioned myself and wondered whether I could keep going.

What made a difference were the people who showed up alongside me. They helped me see what I couldn't see on my own.

That experience taught me something I bring to my coaching today: being capable doesn't mean you can always see your own situation clearly. Sometimes, what you need isn't another strategy. It's an outside perspective that helps you recognize what's happening, see what you're missing, and find a better way forward.
